# Lập phiếu chi đảng phí

## I. LẬP PHIẾU CHI

1. Đơn vị vào phần Đảng phí - **Lập phiếu chi tiền mặt**. Đối với trường hợp đơn vị thu bằng tài khoản chi/đảng bộ chọn **Lập phiếu chi tiền gửi**
2. Hiển thi trang nhập chứng từ, đơn vị bấm **Thêm mới** ở nội dung **Chi tiền mặt (Nộp đảng phí lên cấp trên)**

3. Đơn vị cần nhập các nội dung sau:

* Chọn kỳ báo cáo cần chi: Qúy hoặc Tháng (phần mềm sẽ tự động nhảy ra số tiền)
* Nhập nội dung chi
* Đối tượng: Nhập đối tượng mang tiền đi nộp
* Ngày chứng từ: Để đúng theo ngày chi

## II. IN PHIẾU CHI

**Sau khi Lập phiếu chi màn hình sẽ hiển thị ra trang chứng từ**

1. Đơn vị tích vào nút **In phiếu** để in phiếu chi muốn in

2. Màn hình hiển thị cấu hình in, đơn vị ấn tải PDF để in phiếu&#x20;
